Text Box: We at Jury-Duty believe that spaying and neutering is the only humane solution to the pet overpopulation problem. It is not an owner’s problem, or a veterinarian’s problem, it is a community problem. We need you to support us with out widespread, targeted par and neuter campaign, in order to reverse the trend of pet overpopulation here in Escambia County.
Your donation of…
__$35 will neuter a male cat
__$55 will spay a female cat
__$55 will neuter a male dog
__$80 will spay a female dog
Jury-Duty is a non-profit animal welfare organization that has no shelter or staff. All money donated goes to performing spay and neuter surgeries in our community.
Text Box: Did you know that…?
An estimated 800,000* healthy animals are killed in Florida shelters each year.
Every day in Florida, 2,191 homeless pets are killed.
Every hour in Florida, 91 homeless pets are killed.
Every minute in Florida, 1.5 homeless pets are killed.
8 out of every 10 animals that enter county animal shelters are killed.

In our county we currently use a two prong strategy of proven failure: adopt a few kill the rest. It is a choice which history has shown fails and we challenge our community to stand with us to make Escambia County a “no kill county”.
