The FIXX through Jury-Duty Spay and Neuter addresses the very source of the crisis that results in nearly 12,000 pets being euthanized in our local shelter every year.

Jury-Duty offers access to low cost spay and neuter surgeries for dogs and cats of low income pet owners or free roaming cat colony caregivers. You are eligible for our program if you live in Escambia or Santa Rosa County and meet the following guidelines:

• your total household income is twenty-thousand dollars ($20,000) or less per year –OR-
• you are in a qualifying a government assistance program
