The Spay/Neuter Newspaper Campaign
We have launched a mass media campaign in Escambia and Santa Rosa County. This education campaign represents the first-ever, effort endorsed by key representatives of the animal welfare and veterinary communities. The collaborative effort has:
- Encouraged pet owners to spay/neuter their pets.
- Supported, not duplicated, the work of shelters and rescue organizations.
- Tackled the source of the overpopulation problem.
- Promoted saving animals.
